Order & Shipping
Once we’ve received your order, you’ll receive a confirmation email. As soon as it's on the way, we'll send another email to let you know it’s been dispatched. Follow the tracking link provided by our warehouse The Brand Hangar within your dispatch email to track your order.
We currently only ship to the UK.
We are currently unable to deliver to Amarex House, Hotels, Universities and Hospitals. We also do not deliver to Scottish highlands and UK offshore locations.
Please report any parcel that has not been received within 30 days of the dispatch date. Failure to do so would mean that this would not qualify for investigation or enter into the claims process as per the delivery companies' terms and conditions of delivery.
